For many years my professional activity has been associated with welding, which today is used almost everywhere: on earth, under water, in space and even in the human body. A huge contribution to the development of welding was made by specialists of the Institute of Electric Welding named after I. E.O. Paton. I believe that the invaluable experience of domestic scientists and the latest world practices in welding should be popularized among both young talented specialists and experienced professionals. I want the history and uniqueness of the welding process to be known all over the world. So I got the idea to create this unique Museum. The International Museum of Welding and Related Technologies is the first comprehensive project aimed at popularizing the profession of a welder, because the demand for this profession is growing every year, despite global changes in the world. The support and methodological assistance of the leading specialists of the Institute of Electric Welding named after E.O. Paton in the creation and development of the Museum. This is an important undertaking not only for Ukraine, but for the entire world welding industry. The collections of the Museum contain the most exclusive exhibits on the development of welding from ancient times to the present. Our arsenal contains the most exquisite masterpieces of artistic welding. We present to your attention a virtual museum, library and photo gallery. A center for training and advanced training of welders will also be created on the basis of the Museum.
